When I first started blogging I started because I felt like I had something to say. After a while of writing what I had to say I eventually wanted someone to read it. So, I began reading more about blogging and was completely side-swiped by the ridiculous amount of things to do and terms to learn. I’m pretty sure I look like Bambi in the middle of a spot light when the big-time bloggers get chatting about adsense, monetizing, legalize, and SEO.
Which is why I’m super excited about our November 17 Workshop… a discussion on SEO, Search Engine Optimization, with Mike Arnesen.
Mike is a SEO specialist and self-proclaimed web geek. Here is what he said about the upcoming meet-up and SEO:
Search engines love content and who’s better than bloggers at creating great content? You’re probably already getting some nice search traffic to your site, but what if you could grow your monthly search traffic by 50%? How about doubling it?
SEO is the art of creating the content that search engines love, making sure they can understand it, making that content easily accessible, and delivering it to searchers in the best format possible. SEO expert, Mike Arnesen, will cover everything you need to know to optimize your blog, create amazingly SEO-friendly blog posts, get better visibility on search results pages, and boots your free traffic from Google and Bing.
