My name is Lindsay Ingalls, I’m 29 years old holistic health coach and I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband Neil, our totl Edith and baby boy Alder. This blog follows my life through my food, fitness and (mostly) healthy lifestyle habits. I strive to live a happy and healthy life without depriving myself of the things that I love.
As a 3rd degree burn survivor, in addition to permanent scarring of my body it also created a lot of deep emotional scars; it forever changed my appearance and it sent me on a long lasting battlefield within myself and society. And this is where my story begins. My story begins because I have decided to publicly reveal true-self and share my journey in hopes to provide comfort and support to many of you who are dealing with physical and emotional scars. Regardless the size of the scar, emotional or physical, we are all very unique and it affects us differently. It can build us up or tear us down and prevent us from living the life we truly want to live. I hope my blog brings ease and motivation to your journey.
Kristy editorializes her experiences cultivated from down dogging at yoga, eating something new and amazing, running for the streetcar, or deciding between the bad habits of vodka and Netflix. Dazzleful Life is a place to share the bits of joy found on this wild ride through life.
A beauty, skincare & lifestyle blog where I’ll share my insider tips, product reviews, share my love of food & cocktails. I will also give you a sneak peek into my daily life that includes a wonderful husband, 2 incredible kids, rambunctious furbabies & lots of fantastic friends & family!
This blog is about:
Ideas and experiences of Paleo-centric eating, optimizing mental performance, biohacking, quantified self, and a low-stress, engaged lifestyle. Promoting high performance in my body and brain, as well as some of the external interests that give my life richness and lead to a happy, healthy life.
Growing Up On OM chronicles my life as I embark on this next chapter of post-college life, including yoga teacher trainings and moving across the country from NYC to PDX.
Hello, I’m Denise! I’m a PR friendly work at home mom blogger, bargain shopper, Disney fanatic, home cook, volunteer, and distance runner (26.2 x2, 13.1 x4, 10k x3, and lots of 5k’s).
I also know a little about weight loss. My dream of running my first Half Marathon at Disneyland at my goal weight had a lot to do with the motivation to lose weight, as well as being a healthier and happier person, mom and wife. With sheer determination, cleaner eating and exercise, I lost 110 pounds after the birth of my son. It wasn’t easy but it sure was worth it!
Before I became a work at home mom, I worked in the culinary industry. I still love to cook and now I create new healthier, lower calorie versions of recipes that are still full of flavor and delicious!
I also love getting deals and bargain shopping. I share my favorite tips, links and coupons on the blog with you too.
In The Pink and Green is a lifestyle blog written by me, Jane Graybeal, and it’s my space to share my life as a twenty-something not-so-newlywed living with my handsome husband, goofball of a dog, and baby boy on the way here in Portland, Oregon. I post about a wide variety of topics including travel, recipes/restaurant reviews, pregnancy, beauty, book reviews, fashion, fitness/outdoor adventures, home decor, and what’s happening here in PDX!
I’m Jennifer. Longtime runner. Wannabe triathlete. I’m constantly on the lookout for the next “hit,” be it nailing a race PR, discovering a fun new workout, finding the comfiest fitness clothing, winning the battle of the bulge, featuring inspiring athletic personalities, or simply sharing yummy recipes that won’t break the nutritional bank. I believe that being active is the key to health and happiness, challenging yourself can take you to places you never dreamed possible — and that exercise should be anything but boring!
I write about the things going on in my life with a focus on health and fitness. I am also on the search for Portland’s best bagel, which may be my greatest piece of writing ever (once it is complete).
I started Lipgloss+Spandex in 2009 to share my excitement for makeup and running races with others, and to serve as an informative resource for beauty and fitness.
