Hi! I’m Natalie. I’m closer to 30 than 20. By day, I’m a PR and social media specialist; by night, I’m, well, still a PR and social media specialist since PR isn’t really a 9-5 job. But during my free time/Sunday evenings/day dreams, I love exploring new things in food, travel, and tech. I’m a self-proclaimed geek, Disney-nerd, and movie enthusiast. I’m not an “expert” in anything in particular, but I don’t think you have to be – get out there and explore any adventure you wish!
Any Adventure is a lifestyle and culture blog featuring recipes, book reviews, geek/pop culture news, travel guides, and more. One day I might be experimenting with a new gluten free pie recipe, the next I might be exploring a new town on the Oregon coast, and the next I might be crafting a new cosplay for a local con. You may occasionally catch a glimpse of my husband, Kevin, and our three cats – Soxy, Detective Mittens, and Ali.
I love trying new things and hope to inspire you to do the same. Because every once in awhile, something goes better than expected. Through this blog, I hope to remind myself and others to notice the little unexpected intrusions of beauty in life, and never stop pursuing adventure
Adventures in Dressmaking is now Create/Enjoy. By Suzannah, lover of sewing, room-creating in my new house, cooking quality food, and de-stressing. Also a recovering former vegan and vegetarian, now healing with a nuterient-dense real food diet, and lifter of heavy things. Sewing book coming out in May 2015!
Kristy editorializes her experiences cultivated from down dogging at yoga, eating something new and amazing, running for the streetcar, or deciding between the bad habits of vodka and Netflix. Dazzleful Life is a place to share the bits of joy found on this wild ride through life.
A beauty, skincare & lifestyle blog where I’ll share my insider tips, product reviews, share my love of food & cocktails. I will also give you a sneak peek into my daily life that includes a wonderful husband, 2 incredible kids, rambunctious furbabies & lots of fantastic friends & family!
This blog is about:
Ideas and experiences of Paleo-centric eating, optimizing mental performance, biohacking, quantified self, and a low-stress, engaged lifestyle. Promoting high performance in my body and brain, as well as some of the external interests that give my life richness and lead to a happy, healthy life.
I’m Jennifer. Longtime runner. Wannabe triathlete. I’m constantly on the lookout for the next “hit,” be it nailing a race PR, discovering a fun new workout, finding the comfiest fitness clothing, winning the battle of the bulge, featuring inspiring athletic personalities, or simply sharing yummy recipes that won’t break the nutritional bank. I believe that being active is the key to health and happiness, challenging yourself can take you to places you never dreamed possible — and that exercise should be anything but boring!

I have a profound love for food. I mean, who doesn’t?! But, I also believe food nourishes more than just your body, but also the mind and spirit. It is the foundation of who you are and has made you into the strong man or woman you always hoped to be. It is witness to a conversation during a first date, the center of a wedding ceremony, and the conversation sparker between families. Food is more than just a piece meat (figuratively speaking). It is what keeps us healthy and brings joy to our lives on a daily basis. This is what I hope to share.
Healthy Mom = Healthy Family
That is my new life motto and I hope that it will be yours too. Together we can change our families making them healthier and happier. As mother’s if we take the time to work on making ourselves healthier our families will become healthier.
