Personal blog about healthy vegetarian living, running, triathlons, losing weight, and balancing all my interests with life as a CPA, mixed with some feminist musings and rants.
Hi, I’m Waz! I recently relocated from New York City to Portland, Oregon. I’m an architect turned graphic designer, and I discovered my love for food while working in advertising for the wine industry. When I moved to NYC in 2011, I started Let’s Nom Nom as to document my cooking and dining adventures in my new city.
Over the years, I’ve gone from flexitarian to vegetarian to mostly vegan, and my blog has followed me on this journey. A plant-based diet is healthier and kinder to my body, to animals, and to our environment. I believe the best way to win omnivores over is by raising awareness of the positive effects of the plant-based movement and by celebrating great food that just so happens to be vegan. Today, my blog focuses on all things veggie, from restaurant reviews, to vegetarian recipes, to lifestyle and local events.
Lastly, why Let’s Nom Nom? Because food brings people together, and great food is best enjoyed with company!
My name is Lindsay Ingalls, I’m 29 years old holistic health coach and I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband Neil, our totl Edith and baby boy Alder. This blog follows my life through my food, fitness and (mostly) healthy lifestyle habits. I strive to live a happy and healthy life without depriving myself of the things that I love.
My name is Jac (Sounds Like Jake) & I am a foodie, blogger, & youtuber. I am a full-time vegetarian and part-time vegan; that is what VegetarianBaker.com has become.
I became a vegetarian in 2007 due to a medical condition known as Chronic Pancreatitis. In 2010, I enrolled into Johnson & Wales University. I graduated four years later with degrees in Pastry Arts & Food Service Management with concentrations in Spirits & Distillation and Psychology. During college, The Vegetarian Baker was born.
TheVegetarianBaker started as an online based cooking show focusing on Vegetarian and Vegan recipes. Once it started getting traction, I created VegetarianBaker.com to have a hub for all my recipes with printable versions of them.
the toot sweet blog features recipes, photos, and stories of amazing food based on local, community values and whole food ingredients. a major sweet tooth means lots of recipes for desserts of all kinds, but you’ll also find healthy, mostly vegetarian eats as well! I take plenty of inspiration from the place I consider home, northwest michigan – but I currently live in portland, oregon where there is an endless amount of foodie goodness to soak in!
vegetarianPDX knows that vegetarian food can get a bad rap, but there are lots of delicious options. Also, we love sandwiches.
vegetarianPDX is a resource for vegetarian diners in Portland, and a fun destination for omnivores as well.
